Restrictions applicable to lots in the Gretna Green subdivision:
of all foundations must be 0.75 metres above the elevation of the centre of the adjacent roadway.
- Mobile homes and
mini homes are not allowed in this subdivision.
- All lots are restricted to one family dwelling construction with
a minimum living area of either
one storey building – 1,200 sq. ft. ( 111.5m )
two storey building –
1,800 sq. ft. ( 167.2m )
- All construction must be in accordance with the C.M.H.C. and National Building Code Standards
and the exterior of buildings must be completed within two years from start of construction.
- No accessory buildings
or structures may be erected or altered for the purpose of keeping animals other than household pets. No livestock is permitted.
- No commercial business or home occupancy of any kind whatsoever shall be conducted upon the lands described above.
- No signs other than those erected by the grantor herein shall be erected upon the lands described above for the purpose
of displaying any type of commercial business or any type of promotion whatsoever.
